guide to unforgettable van-based adventure tours through rural
Romania’s natural parks, historical sites, and local festivals.

Website, including browsing tour routes, pricing, reviews, gallery,
events, travel information, and submitting inquiry forms. By
accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

The Website provides information about The Moving Couch’s guided
van tours, including fixed routes, pricing, client reviews, a
gallery, upcoming events, and travel places of interest (e.g.,
natural parks, old cities, ruins, fortresses, and festivals). It is
for informational and inquiry purposes only. Users may submit a
contact form to inquire about tour bookings, which The Moving Couch
will review before confirming details and issuing an invoice via
Stripe.
You may use the Website to browse, submit inquiries, or contact us,
but you may not misuse it (e.g., by copying content, hacking, or
submitting false information).
All content, including text, images, and tour descriptions, is owned
by The Moving Couch and protected by intellectual property laws. You
may not reproduce, distribute, or use content without written
permission.
2. Inquiry and Booking Process
To inquire about a tour, users must complete and submit the contact
form with accurate personal and tour-related information. The Moving
Couch will review the submission and contact you to finalize details
(e.g., dates, itinerary, group size). Upon agreement, an invoice will
be sent via Stripe for payment.
Submission of the form does not guarantee a booking. Tours are
confirmed only after mutual agreement and payment.
You are responsible for providing truthful and complete information
in the form. The Moving Couch is not liable for issues arising from
inaccurate submissions.
All tour participants must sign a separate Participant Agreement
before the tour, outlining risks (e.g., wildlife, off-road travel)
and responsibilities (e.g., van care, alcohol moderation).
3. Payment Terms
Payments for confirmed tours are processed via Stripe, a third-party
payment platform. The Moving Couch will provide an invoice with
payment instructions after confirming tour details.
You agree to pay the invoiced amount in full by the due date
specified.
The Moving Couch is not responsible for issues with Stripe’s
platform, such as payment processing errors. Refer to Stripe’s
terms for their policies.
Cancellation and refund policies will be detailed in the invoice or
Participant Agreement. Inquiries about payments should be directed

4. Limitation of Liability
The Moving Couch strives to provide accurate and up-to-date
information on the Website, but we do not guarantee its completeness
or accuracy. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The Moving Couch is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries
arising from your use of the Website, including technical issues
(e.g., form submission errors), inaccuracies in content (e.g., event
dates), or reliance on information provided.
The Moving Couch is not responsible for tour-related risks (e.g.,
encounters with bears, wolves, or black vipers; off-road hazards;
rabies from stray dogs or foxes, with over 86 animal cases reported
from 2020 to 2024; or festival disruptions), which are addressed in
the Participant Agreement signed before the tour.
The Website is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind,
express or implied.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use the Website responsibly, including:
Providing accurate information in the contact form.
Not submitting harmful, false, or offensive content.
Not attempting to access restricted areas of the Website or
interfere with its functionality.
The Moving Couch reserves the
right to reject or cancel inquiries from users who violate these
Terms.
